Huaxin Gayou Er (Suget) Cement Co., Ltd. is located in the north of Tajikistan, 30 kilometers away from Khujand City, the capital of Suget Prefecture, with a total area of 48 hectares. It is the second new dry process cement production line built by Huaxin Cement in Tajikistan. It is also the company's first plant equipped with a 25 MW coal-fired self-owned power plant. The plant started construction in April 2014, and the products were launched in March 2016, radiating Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
