近期，辽宁省市场监督管理局组织开展了水泥等产品质量监督抽查，本次共抽查水泥、床上用品等36种产品1097批次，其中抽查经销单位429家483批次，抽查生产企业548家614批次。经检验，经销单位77家81批次产品不合格，不合格发现率为16.8%，生产企业43家47批次产品不合格，不合格发现率为7.7%。
水泥。本次监督抽查依据GB175-2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》等国家标准及有关要求，对产品的三氧化硫、氧化镁、烧失量、氯离子、初凝时间、终凝时间、安定性、3d抗折强度、3d抗压强度、28d抗折强度、28d抗压强度、水溶性铬（Ⅵ）等项目进行了检验。本次抽查发现的质量问题是氯离子、3d抗折强度、3d抗压强度、28d抗折强度、28d抗压强度等项目不合格。
