10月14日，中建西部建设发布了2022年前三季度业绩预告，报告显示，预计2022年前三季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润5.724亿元至6.135亿元，同比增长2.63%至10%；扣除非经常性损益后的净利润5.130亿元至5.541亿元，同比增长-3.06%至4.71%。
其中，2022年第三季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.94亿元至2.35亿元，同比增长0.04%至21.22%；扣除非经常性损益后的净利润1.87亿元至2.28亿元，同比增长-1.95%至19.65%。
报告期内，面对市场环境下行压力，公司加强经营管理，严控费用成本，持续优化调整市场和客户结构，积极做好精细化管理工作，落实降本增效要求，保障企业合理利润空间，公司经营成果同比增长。
在这些混凝土企业发布了三季度报的混凝土企业中，有6家营业收入都同比减少，甚至部分企业第三季度营收净利“双降”。
