该项目由铜陵海螺新材料科技有限公司投资建设，总投资1.5亿元，主要生产水泥助磨剂和混凝土外加剂，可以进一步完善铜陵海螺的产业链，提升市场竞争力。目前，项目已进入试生产阶段。
