海螺环保发布公告，董事会已批准以下委任，自2022年10月9日起生效，并建议股东于股东特别大会审议及批准建议董事重选。
10月10日，海螺水泥公布关于拟控股收购中国海螺环保控股有限公司的进展公告，公告显示，截至本公告日，公司直接及通过境外全资子公司海螺国际控股（香港）有限公司（以下简称“海螺香港”）间接持有海螺环保股份合计约20.00%，并为其单一最大股东，本公司连同海螺香港及本公司之一致行动人士合计持有海螺环保不超过30%的股份。
同日，海螺环保发布公告，董事会已批准以下委任，自2022年10月9日起生效，并建议股东于股东特别大会审议及批准建议董事重选：
(1)委任李群峰先生为非执行董事、董事会主席、战略、可持续发展及风险管理委员会主席、薪酬及提名委员会成员、授权代表及接收法律程序文件的代理；
(2)委任李晓波先生为执行董事、战略、可持续发展及风险管理委员会成员、授权代表及接收法律程序文件的代理；
(3)委任马伟先生为非执行董事；
(4)委任廖丹女士为执行董事；
(5)委任凡展先生为执行董事。
8月29日，葛洲坝水泥党委副书记、总经理杨丹赴安徽芜湖拜访海螺水泥党委书记、总经理李群峰，双方围绕下半年水泥行业形势、错峰生产、行业自律、数字化智能化建设、总部机关建设等方面进行了深入交流。
