企业要加大力气，加大报批速度，争取200万吨骨料生产线早日开工。
2月11日，湖南娄底涟源市委常委、副市长李冰玉到海螺水泥有限公司开展企业复工复产专项指导，现场调研有关情况并为企业纾困解难，解决企业发展中的矛盾问题，并为企业“纾困增效”工作专班办公室揭牌。
李冰玉一行察看了海螺水泥生产线和安全专线，详细了解企业目前的生产经营情况。在随后召开的座谈会上，涟源海螺水泥有限公司负责人汇报了公司生产经营存在的问题和困难；相关部门和斗笠山镇负责人结合各自工作实际，针对企业提出的问题提出意见建议。
李冰玉指出，企业要加大力气，加大报批速度，争取200万吨骨料生产线早日开工。工作专班要尽最大可能优化营商环境，为企业发展营造更加良好的环境，让企业轻装上阵。要加强与企业联系沟通，确保企业的良好营商环境，保障人民群众合法权利。
