近日，中建西部建设西南公司一项科技成果《一种混凝土水化温升抑制剂及其制备方法》获国家发明专利授权。
该项发明针对目前房建、地铁、高铁、高速公路及核电等项目混凝土，特别是大体积混凝土水化速率过快、水化温升过高、温差过大等易导致混凝土应力集中产生有害温度裂缝进而影响混凝土质量和工程安全性问题，提供了一种混凝土水化温升抑制剂及制备方法，该抑制剂能延缓C3A和C3S早期水化，长效降低C3A和C3S水化速率的作用，降低最大水化速率约30%，抑制混凝土水化温升约5~10℃，能在不影响混凝土工作性和后期强度的前提下，有效改善大体积混凝土因水化速率过快、温升过高、温度梯度过大对混凝土体积稳定、温度裂缝与耐久性带来的不利影响。
