据悉，华新（阳新）亿吨机制砂石项目位于湖北省黄石市阳新县富池镇，以高安全、环保标准建设年产1亿吨机制砂石生产线，同时配套建设数字化绿色矿山，运用信息化手段打造数字矿山、智慧工厂、绿色物流。
此外，去年12月15日，华新水泥发布公告称公司拟以12亿元在湖北省阳新县合资成立黄石华新绿色建材产业有限公司，并由该公司投资100亿元建设黄石华新绿色建材产业园项目。项目分两期实施，一期新建4000万吨/年生产线以及技改扩产2000万吨/年生产线，二期新建4000万吨/年生产线。
3月30日，华新水泥（600801）港交所公告称，2021年度公司股东权益持有人应占本年度净利润约为人民币53.64亿元，较2020年度下跌4.74%。
