5月31日，唐山冀东水泥股份有限公司发布关于回购公司股份的回购报告书。公告称公司将使用不低于人民币26,580万元 （含）且不超过人民币37,212万元（含）的自有资金，以集中竞价交易方式回购部分公司已发行的A股社会公众股份，用于公司未来实施股权激励计划。本次回购股份的数量不超过2,658万股，即不超过本公司当前总股本的1%，回购价格不超过人民币14元/股（含）。具体回购金额以回购期满时实际回购金额为准。本次回购股份期限为自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。
