1. Inner Mongolia Xingguang Coal Group Etuoke Banner Huayue Building Materials Co., Ltd. has replaced production capacity to dismantle and withdraw. The company 's cement clinker production line project with a daily output of 4500 tons is located in Mengxi High-tech Industrial Park, Ordos City, and is transferred to Xinyan Cement Co., Ltd. of Datian County, Fujian Province. Previously, according to the application for capacity replacement of the enterprise, our office has issued the announcement of capacity transfer on December 9, 2019. After on-site verification and confirmation, the enterprise has completely dismantled the main production line equipment and ancillary facilities of the Φ4.8 × 74m rotary kiln, the relevant assets are being disposed of according to law, and the site has been leveled.
2. Demolition and withdrawal of replaced production capacity of Inner Mongolia Mengxi Cement Co., Ltd . The company 's cement clinker production line project with a daily output of 5000 tons is located in Mengxi High-tech Industrial Park, Ordos City, and is transferred to Guangxi Heshan Huying Building Materials Co., Ltd., located in Ma'an District, Heshan City, Guangxi. Previously, according to the application for capacity replacement of the enterprise, our office has issued the announcement of capacity transfer on March 13, 2018. After on-site verification and confirmation, the enterprise has completely dismantled the main production line equipment and ancillary facilities of the Φ4.8 × 74m rotary kiln, the relevant assets have been disposed of according to law, and the site has been leveled.
3. Demolition and withdrawal of the replaced production capacity of Ordos Mengxi Building Materials Co., Ltd . The company 's clinker production line with a daily output of 1167 tons and 4000 tons is located in the east of Wuzhuer Road, Qipanjing Town, Etuoke Banner, and is sold to Guangxi Heshan Tiger Eagle Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Beijiang Cement Co., Ltd. in Ma'an District, Heshan Transition Industrial Park, Guangxi, respectively. The announcement of capacity transfer was issued on December 27, 2018 and April 20, 2020. After on-site verification and confirmation, the enterprise has completely dismantled the main production line equipment and ancillary facilities of Φ3.3 × 50m and Φ4.8 × 74m rotary kilns, and the relevant assets have been disposed of according to law, and the site has been leveled.
4. Demolition and withdrawal of the replaced production capacity of Yakeshi Mengxi Cement Co., Ltd . The company 's cement clinker production line with a daily output of 1000 tons is located in Wunuer Town, Yakeshi City, Hulunbuir City, and is transferred to Guangxi Heshan Huying Building Materials Co., Ltd., located in Ma'an District, Heshan City, Guangxi. Our office has issued the announcement of capacity transfer on December 27, 2018. After on-site verification and confirmation by Hulunbuir Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the enterprise has completely dismantled the main production line equipment and ancillary facilities of Φ3.2 × 50m rotary kiln, the relevant assets have been disposed of according to law, and the site has been leveled. The cement clinker production lines of the above
four enterprises no longer have the conditions to restart and resume production, and the public is welcome to supervise.
