项目概况: 该项目拟在武都区投资建设祁连山水泥有限公司循环经济建材产业园。陇南祁连山水泥有限公司拟通过产能置换、节能技改等方式淘汰现有生产线，包括产能置换搬迁5000t/d新型二代干法水泥生产线（配套协同处置城市生活垃圾和9MW低温余热发电项目），配套矿山及矿山废石综合利用年产200万吨骨料和商砼站。项目将在原有的水泥厂基础之上进行全方位的升级改造，项目建成后发展前景良好。
投资估算:160000万元
经济效益预测: 项目建成后，预计年收入30000万元，投资回收期约五年。
