新型建材行业清洁生产整体审核创新试点项目、黄石市水泥行业清洁生产审核创新试点项目被列入第一批清洁生产审核创新试点项目名单中。
12月21日，生态环境部发布了关于同意实施第一批清洁生产审核创新试点项目的通知。
为深入贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平生态文明思想，积极落实《“十四五”全国清洁生产推行方案》和《推行清洁生产近期工作要点》，生态环境部、国家发展改革委根据《关于推荐清洁生产审核创新试点项目的通知》（环办科财函〔2022〕178号），对各地推荐的清洁生产审核创新试点项目（以下简称试点项目）进行了审核。
其中，新型建材行业清洁生产整体审核创新试点项目、黄石市水泥行业清洁生产审核创新试点项目被列入第一批清洁生产审核创新试点项目名单中。

Recently, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Corps issued the Notice on the Demolition of the Production Line of Capacity Replacement Cement Clinker of Tumushuke Qianhai Building Material Co., Ltd., the Notice on the Demolition of the Production Line of Capacity Replacement Cement Clinker of Huocheng Cement Plant of Yili Qingsong Nangang Building Material Co., Ltd., and the Notice on the Demolition of the Production Line of Capacity Replacement Cement Clinker of Xinjiang Jinta Cement Co., Ltd. According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (the original [2021] No.80 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the production line used for capacity replacement must be shut down and dismantled before the construction project is put into operation.
