记者4月28日从国务院关税税则委员会办公室了解到，为加强能源供应保障，推进高质量发展，国务院关税税则委员会近日发布公告，自2022年5月1日至2023年3月31日，对所有煤炭实施税率为零的进口暂定税率。
根据公告附表，原本实施3%、5%或6%最惠国税率的进口煤炭，此次均将实施税率为零的进口暂定税率。
业内人士指出，能源是经济社会发展的基础支撑，通过调整煤炭进口关税，有利于应对近期复杂的国内外形势，促进煤炭进口，强化煤炭保供。
