金隅集团发布关于董事长辞职暨推举董事代行董事长职责的公告。
4月27日晚，北京金隅集团股份有限公司（简称“金隅集团”或“公司”）发布一则关于董事长辞职暨推举董事代行董事长职责的公告。据悉，金隅集团董事会于 2022 年 4 月 26 日收到曾劲先生的辞职报告。曾劲先生因工作变动辞去公司第六届董事会董事长、执行董事、董事会战略与投融资委员会主任职务。根据《公司法》、公司《章程》 等有关规定，曾劲先生的辞呈自送达本公司董事会之日起生效。公司董事会对曾劲先生任职期间为公司高质量发展做出的突出贡献表示衷心感谢！
同时，公司将按照法定程序，尽快完成新任董事长的选举工作。鉴于新任董事长的选举尚需相应的法定程序，根据法律法规及公司《章程》的规 定，经公司第六届董事会第十四次会议决议，由公司执行董事、总经理姜英武先生代为履行董事长、法定代表人职责，直至公司选举产生新任董事长为止。
国内部分大型水泥集团、企业高层也进行了人事调整，一批批新任的“舵手”开始扛起引领企业发展、推动行业进步的大旗，迎接新挑战。
