近日，中国水泥网从全国产权行业信息化综合服务平台获悉，建德南方水泥有限公司部分资产（寿昌、大慈岩水泥粉磨线涉及的相关资产）以1473万元的价格成功转让。
据悉，12月6日，建德南方水泥有限公司部分资产（熟料生产线涉及的相关资产）就以网络竞价的方式成交，成交金额7009万元。
