4月20日，上峰水泥发布公告称，为充分发挥石门湖航道资源优势，加快推动安徽省安庆市水运通道建设，促进区域经济健康发展，满足周边企业经营发展需要，公司全资子公司宁波上融物流有限公司（以下简称“宁波上融”）与安徽安扬产业运营有限公司（以下简称“安徽安扬”）签署了《投资合作协议》，共同投资设立一家新公司作为投资运营平台，投资建设和运营安庆港中心港区石门湖一期工程项目（以下简称“石门湖项目”）。
