池州海螺新材料有限责任公司发生工商变更，法定代表人由程如良变更为李强
日前，池州海螺新材料有限责任公司发生工商变更，法定代表人由程如良变更为李强。且注册资本由5000万变更为2.5亿。除此之外，李强还担任安徽池州海螺水泥股份有限公司董事一职等。
据悉，池州海螺新材料有限责任公司成立于2017年8月10日，为安徽海螺水泥股份有限公司全资子公司。
据了解，池州海螺新材料有限责任公司经营范围包括生产和销售熔剂灰岩、建筑骨料、砂石、水泥制品、商品混凝土、石灰石深加工产品;水泥辅助产品生产、销售；钢材、桥架、电工器材、水暖管件、耐火材料、保温材料、PVC门窗、发泡门、化工材料(不含危化品)批发、零售(依法须经批准的项目，经相关部门批准后方可开展经营活动)。
4月8日，据贵州省发展和改革委员会官方网站消息，经过网上公示7天等创建程序后，贵州茅台酒股份有限公司等159家企业确定为第二届“贵州省诚信示范企业”。其中水泥企业有贵州沿河西南水泥有限公司、贵州清镇西南水泥有限公司、铜仁海螺盘江水泥有限责任公司、龙里红狮水泥有限公司。

Recently, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Corps issued the Notice on the Demolition of the Production Line of Capacity Replacement Cement Clinker of Tumushuke Qianhai Building Material Co., Ltd., the Notice on the Demolition of the Production Line of Capacity Replacement Cement Clinker of Huocheng Cement Plant of Yili Qingsong Nangang Building Material Co., Ltd., and the Notice on the Demolition of the Production Line of Capacity Replacement Cement Clinker of Xinjiang Jinta Cement Co., Ltd. According to the requirements of the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (the original [2021] No.80 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the production line used for capacity replacement must be shut down and dismantled before the construction project is put into operation.
