日前，江西省市场监管局发布《丰城市预拌混凝土协会及其会员企业垄断协议案的处罚决定》，根据公安机关移交线索，江西省市场监督管理局于2020年1月对丰城市预拌混凝土协会及其8家会员企业涉嫌垄断协议行为立案调查。
经调查，2021年7月23日，江西省市场监督管理局对丰城市预拌混凝土协会作出罚款50万元的行政处罚，并建议丰城市民政局依法撤销其社会团体法人登记；对丰城市闽邑建材公司等6家会员企业责令停止违法行为，没收违法所得，并处2018年销售额8%的罚款；对丰城市晨峰建材公司等2家会员企业责令停止违法行为，没收违法所得，并处2018年销售额3%的罚款。上述罚没款共计2.86亿元。现予公告。
