Recently, the LASSELSBERGER white cement production line with a daily output of 700 tons in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, contracted by Sinoma International Tianjin Cement Institute, affiliated to China Building Materials Group, was officially put into operation.
White Portland cement (white cement for short) is a white hydraulic cementitious material with whiteness not less than 87, which is mainly used for decoration of buildings. This project is the first white cement production line contracted by Tianjin Cement Institute in the international market and the largest white cement production line in Russia at present. White cement has special requirements for production process, which is quite different from ordinary Portland cement. Tianjin Cement Institute gives full play to its technological advantages, adopts advanced production processes in raw material preparation, clinker firing and bleaching, and adopts digital and intelligent design and construction, with all performance indicators reaching the world's leading level, and the domestic production rate of project equipment is high. Its large-scale main equipment is supplied by Tianjin Cement Institute. In the construction process, by strengthening the management and scheduling of installation and construction, new technologies such as BIM intelligent safety, QR Code patrol, plant-wide camera, GPS chip and intelligent access control system are adopted to ensure zero accidents in the whole construction process, which fully reflects Sinoma's comprehensive strength in the whole industry chain of cement technology and equipment engineering. The
global COVID-19 epidemic brought great challenges to the implementation of the project. The leaders of Sinoma International and Tianjin Cement Institute attached great importance to it and gave full support to it.
