日前，辽宁省建筑材料工业协会水泥分会发布了《辽宁省水泥行业2021年冬季和2022年错峰生产方案》。
《方案》要求：今年冬季，全省所有水泥熟料生产线按照下述时间执行错峰生产：
1：辽中、辽西及盘海营三个区域自11月15日开始统一进行错峰生产；
2：辽南(大连)区域自11月30日开始统一进行错峰生产。
3：2022年1月1日至12月31日，全年计划执行错峰生产时间180天(采暖季加上其它时段内的常态化错峰时间)。
