Geological environment control work is not effective! The person in charge of a limestone mine of a cement enterprise in Inner Mongolia was interviewed.

In order to promote the construction of green mines, the Natural Resources Bureau of Xiwu Banner recently interviewed the leaders of Dongxing Silica Mine of Xiwu Banner and the Limestone Mine of Hadatu Cement Co., Ltd. of Xiwu Banner, and put forward clear requirements for the improvement of enterprise procedures and the management of geological environment.

The meeting emphasized that enterprises must improve all kinds of procedures within the prescribed time limit, and at the same time, they must increase investment in geological environment control, and complete the control task in strict accordance with the "Mine Geological Environment Protection and Land Reclamation Plan" and the annual control plan of enterprises. In order to speed up the construction of green mines, we should carry out the work of cleaning up waste rocks and residues, leveling the site, cutting and shaping the slopes of mining areas, covering soil and planting grass. In this regard, enterprises are committed to strictly implement the requirements of the conference.

In the future, the Bureau will continue to play a functional role, strengthen the supervision of mining enterprises, urge mining enterprises to conscientiously fulfill their obligations, do a solid job in mine geological environment control and restoration, and earnestly create green mountains and rivers.
