近日，河北省生态环境厅组织对重点城市开展大气环境执法专项行动，发现一些企业在线监测设施不正常运行或数据超标、污染防治设施不正常运行、施工扬尘污染等问题，已移交相关市县依法依规进行查处，并责令迅速整改落实到位。现向社会公开2021年11月19日以前部分违法企业查处情况。
对部分企业违法查处情况
省生态环境厅及各市生态环境局对11月19日以前通报的执法检查中发现的20家环境违法企业依法依规进行处罚，并按规定对绩效级别予以降低。其中因批建不符、未落实重污染天气应急响应管控措施等，对阜源混凝土有限公司、河北益百预拌混凝土有限公司、河北贮昊混凝土公司3家绩效引领性企业进行降级；因超标排放、未落实重污染天气应急响应管控措施等，对唐山圣龙水泥有限公司绩效B级企业降为C级；因未落实地方管控要求，对邯郸金隅太行水泥有限责任公司绩效B级企业降为C级，邯郸市大桥水泥有限公司C级企业降为D级。
