7月22日，江西都昌人民法院主持召开江西省远沁水泥有限公司破产案件第一次债权人会议。
据了解，江西省远沁水泥有限公司于2000年8月25日成立，由于经营决策失误及资金链断裂等诸多原因，最终不能清偿到期债务且资产不足以清偿全部债务。经债权人向都昌县人民法院申请破产清算，法院于2021年3月29日裁定受理。
