据了解，江西省远沁水泥有限公司于2000年8月25日成立，由于经营决策失误及资金链断裂等诸多原因，最终不能清偿到期债务且资产不足以清偿全部债务。经债权人向都昌县人民法院申请破产清算，法院于2021年3月29日裁定受理。
