中国水泥网行情数据中心讯：据市场反馈，房地产不景气，工程开工率同比往年下降，市场需求并不理想。加上水泥价格高位运行，本地企业销售压力较大。近期湖南永州、邵阳、娄底、益阳地区虽然一些主要厂家挂牌报价暂未调整依旧在高位，但是多以增加返利等优惠形式提高出货量，成交价累计下浮50-90元/吨左右。整体来看，近期湖南多受外来低价水泥冲击，加上煤炭价格大幅回落，市场价格竞争趋于激烈，价格行情已处于下行通道。（更多湖南水泥价格）

Recently, due to the persistent cost pressure in the south, the price of concrete has risen slightly with the raw materials, but the growth of market demand is limited, and the overall quotation is still stable. From October 31 to November 6, the national concrete price index closed at 112.47 points, up 0.31% annually and down 10.11% year-on-year.
