Red Lion Hope Cement, held Kullman's hand tightly and expressed his joy. He said: "Our own diesel engine can finally stop, thanks to the Nepal Electricity Authority's support for the Red Lion Hope and all the efforts made for the power transmission work!"
Red Lion Hope Cement has a production line of 6000t/d, which is the largest cement enterprise in Nepal at present. Since it was put into operation in May 2018, Red Lion hopes to use its own diesel generator and waste heat power generation system to ensure the production and living electricity of the whole plant, which costs a lot.
For a long time, whether it is to communicate and coordinate relevant procedures with government departments at all levels or to track the construction of tower foundations on the line site, the company has arranged special personnel to promote relevant work and try its best to realize the electrification of external lines as soon as possible, so as to provide more space for the company to reduce costs and increase efficiency. With the joint efforts of all, the transmission line, which is more than 20 kilometers long and covers 67 tower bases, has finally been connected and successfully electrified. of Hongshi Hope Phase II production line is also in full swing, which will become a larger cement supply base of 12000t/d and contribute more to the construction and prosperity of Nepal.
It is understood that the Red Lion Hope Cement Project is jointly invested and constructed by Red Lion Group and Nepal Hope Group, located in Nawalpalaxi County, Lumbini District, Nepal, with an area of about 1000 mu, a mine and a tunnel belt corridor of about 2500 mu. It is planned to build two new dry clinker cement production lines with a daily output of 6000 tons and a supporting 12 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system in accordance with the requirements of intelligent manufacturing and clean production. Its technology, technology, equipment, environmental protection and management are at the first-class level in the world.
The first phase of the project
is divided into two phases of construction. The main project of the first phase of the project started construction in January 2017 and began to produce cement in March 2018. The first phase of the project has been officially put into operation on May 18, 2018, with an annual output of 2.3 million tons of high-grade cement, directly increasing more than 600 local jobs and indirectly increasing more than 2000 jobs, which can promote the development of logistics, packaging, accessories and other related industries, and promote the faster development of the local economy.
