3月25日晚间，海螺水泥发布2020年度报告。报告期内，公司实现营业收入1762.43亿元，同比增长12.23%，实现净利润351.30亿元，同比增长4.58%；
海螺水泥表示拟10派21.2元，合计拟派发现金红利总额112.35亿元。这一数据约占海螺水泥净利润的31.98%。

海螺水泥在A股公司里仍属于分红大户，其分红占净利润的比率已连续多年达到30%以上，2017年超过40%。2019年，公司分红突破百亿，达到106亿元。
