近日，吉林省发布了关于进一步做好水泥常态化错峰生产的通知，通知要求：吉林省水泥生产实行常态化错峰，每年自11月1日至次年3月底，所有水泥熟料生产线都应进行错峰生产。各市(州)可根据市场需求，结合空气质量情况适当调整错峰生产时间，但每年冬季错峰停产时间不能少于150天。
