在生产领域中抽查了西安、咸阳、宝鸡、汉中、安康等地区89家企业生产的92批次产品，发现不合格产品1批次，不合格发现率为1.09%。重点对三氧化硫、氧化镁、烧失量、氯离子含量、凝结时间、安定性、强度、水溶性铬(Ⅵ)、放射性、保水率等10个项目进行了检验。不合格项目涉及水溶性铬(Ⅵ)。
水泥熟料
在生产领域中抽查了西安、咸阳、宝鸡、铜川、渭南、商洛、汉中、安康、榆林、韩城等地区34家企业生产的40批次产品，发现不合格产品1批次，不合格发现率为2.5%。重点对凝结时间、安定性、强度、游离氧化钙、氧化镁、烧失量、不溶物、3CaO•SiO2+2CaO•SiO2、CaO/SiO2质量比等10个项目进行了检验。不合格项目涉及抗压强度（28天）。
