按照《国务院关于化解产能严重过剩矛盾的指导意见》（国发〔2013〕41号）、《国务院办公厅关于促进建材工业稳增长调结构增效益的指导意见》（国办发〔2016〕34号）、工业和信息化部《关于印发钢铁水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法的通知》（工信部产业〔2017〕337号）、《水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法操作问答》要求，经公示无异议，现将临夏海螺水泥有限责任公司出让水泥熟料产能情况予以公告。
注：出让产能依据批复文件确定。
