公司回答表示，公司本次以二代生产线替代一代生产线不会造成产能迅速下降。公司所属宁夏青铜峡水泥股份有限公司建设的4000t/d二代新型干法节能环保绿色智能示范生产线项目总投资5.17亿元，宁夏同心赛马新材料有限公司建设的乡村振兴4000t/d绿色智能二代新型干法水泥生产线项目总投资10.4亿元。上述两个项目总投资15.57亿元。
