The bankruptcy case of a cement enterprise in Inner Mongolia continues to advance!

  In order to improve the trial speed of Taigao Cement bankruptcy cases, solve the difficult problems encountered by administrators and creditors in bankruptcy cases, and hear cases in accordance with the law and efficiently. On the morning of September 27, the court of Erlianhot City, Inner Mongolia organized a meeting to promote the bankruptcy case of Taigao Cement, which was attended by members of the collegial panel of bankruptcy cases, administrators of bankruptcy cases and creditors. The meeting was presided over by Geriletu, Secretary of the Party Group and President of the court.   

At the meeting, the bankruptcy case administrator reported on the previous work and existing problems, and made clear the next work plan, focusing on the current difficulties faced by the registration of creditor's rights, the transfer of company materials, audit selection and so on, the members of the bankruptcy case collegial panel and the administrator conducted a comprehensive and in-depth exchange and discussion, and put forward opinions and suggestions. It provides strong intellectual support for the conclusion of the next case.

The meeting pointed out that the first is to raise awareness. We should fully understand the importance of the conclusion of bankruptcy cases for optimizing and improving the business environment, and strictly implement the arrangement and deployment of the liquidation of bankruptcy cases in higher courts. The

second is to improve efficiency. The work time of bankruptcy cases is tight and the task is heavy, so it is necessary to further refine the work links, formulate work programs according to the specific circumstances of bankruptcy cases, and avoid generalities and lack of operability. The

third is to strengthen communication. The bankruptcy case administrator should actively report the progress of case handling to Erlian Court, and the members of the bankruptcy case collegial panel should strengthen the supervision and management of the bankruptcy case administrator's case handling and actively coordinate and cooperate with each other, so as to avoid the defects in case handling caused by insufficient communication and coordination, which will affect the progress of case closing.
