< P > < FONT face = Verdana > On March 22, 2011, Putzmeister pump truck carried out cooling tasks at Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > The Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant is located at 37 degrees 25 minutes 14 seconds north latitude and 141 degrees 2 minutes east longitude in the Fukushima industrial area of Japan. It is the largest nuclear power plant in the world, consisting of Fukushima Station 1 and Fukushima Station 2, with a total of 10 units (6 units in Station 1 and 4 units in Station 2), all of which are boiling water reactors. The Atomic Energy Safety and Security Institute of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan announced on March 12, 2011 that radioactive materials from the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant leaked to the outside due to the earthquake.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > After the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident, Tokyo Electric Power Company immediately sought help from Putzmeister Company and immediately purchased a Putzmeister Putzmeister M58 pump truck for on-site water injection and cooling rescue; The 58-meter pump truck of Putzmeister set off quickly and arrived in Japan on March 21, 2011 through the green channel of disaster relief materials of Japanese Customs, and was immediately put into on-site rescue work.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > The M58-5 pump truck, manufactured by Putzmeister, has a vertical height of 58 meters and a five-section arm to cool the damaged cooling cover of the Fukushima (Fukushima) nuclear reactor. It has the advantage of being able to precisely pour cooling water from a long distance above the damaged building.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Historical experience: In 1986, Putzmeister concrete pump truck rescued the Chernobyl nuclear power plant accident in the former Soviet Union.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > In fact, Putzmeister has had products used in nuclear disaster situations for a long time.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > On April 26, 1986, at about 1 a.m., the No.4 reactor of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in the former Soviet Union suddenly lost control while the operators were carrying out their daily work. After the chain fission, there was a big explosion that blew down the covering on the 1000 ton core and destroyed it. The explosion and subsequent fire released a large amount of radioactive material. Those in charge have little time to study the details of complex problems and subsequent security work. At stake at the moment is swift action to contain the catastrophic consequences of the ongoing nuclear leak; a concrete pump truck from Putzmeister, Germany, has played a big role here.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Immediately after the nuclear power plant accident, the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the former Soviet Union signed with Putzmeister to dispatch 10 M52-5 concrete pump trucks with large five-section arms, which were equipped with "special equipment" for the largest horizontal pumping distance at that time. The auxiliary equipment on the pump truck includes two adjustable video cameras on the left rear leg and the top of the boom of each machine. This is used to remotely observe the loading of the hopper and the progress of the actual pouring work. Moreover, these concrete pump trucks are required to be remotely operated by radio control at a distance of more than 800 m. In addition, a monitor has been installed on the original passenger seat in the cab, so that the machine can be controlled and observed from the cab.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Four of the machines are specially equipped with a lead cover (weighing about 4 tons) to protect the cab from radiation. When the machine is fitted with this lead shell, the driver can only enter the cab through a specially machined hatch at the top. Four slit-like windows ensure a view to the front and side. It is also coated with a lead glaze for radiation protection: the sensitive optics of the video camera are also protected. The first two machines left the factory immediately after the nuclear disaster, and many Putzmeister employees worked overtime day and night to finally complete the emergency modification of the equipment. Three towed high pressure concrete pumps are also included in the order. Later, it was learned that the task of these towed pump trucks was to deliver concrete to several of the concrete pump trucks through long-distance pipelines, and another was to deliver concrete to the tunnel under the reactor building through 600m long pipelines. This tunnel is used to construct a 2.5m thick protective plate under the reactor.

Highway construction investment statistics from January to March 2026 show that the cumulative investment since the beginning of the year has a certain scale, with a cumulative year-on-year rate of -5.20%. The investment situation varies greatly from region to region, with some regions increasing and some regions decreasing year on year. Among them, Beijing's cumulative year-on-year growth is more prominent, reaching 60.80%; Henan's cumulative year-on-year decline is more obvious, -46.40%. On the whole, the year-on-year changes of highway construction investment in different regions reflect different development trends.
