< P > < FONT face = Verdana > < FONT face = Verdana > According to Yangon building materials manufacturers, although the price of building materials has been lowered in the dry season this year, the market sales situation is not ideal.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > In the dry season last year, the price of each bag of Thai Elephant brand cement was 8,100 kyats, the price of each bag of Rhino brand cement was 7,900 kyats, and the price of each ton of steel produced in Myanmar's domestic industrial zones was more than 1 million kyats. Since the beginning of this year, the prices of steel bars, cement, and zinc sheets (galvanized iron sheets) have all declined. In the cement market, the prices of Thai Elephant brand cement have been reduced by 100 kyats per bag, the prices of Rhino brand cement have been reduced by 75 kyats per bag, the prices of steel products have been reduced by nearly 10000 kyats per ton, and the prices of zinc sheets (galvanized iron sheets) have been reduced by 20 kyats per foot. However, buyers are still very few.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > The reason for the current decline in building materials prices is that there are no major projects in Myanmar, resulting in many building materials companies buying building materials sporadically and not purchasing in bulk.
