一、建材产品产量稳步增长。据国家统计局数据，2020年1-12月全国规模以上企业水泥产量23.8亿吨，同比增长1.6%；1-12月平板玻璃产量9.5亿重量箱，同比增长1.3%。
二、建材及非金属矿产品出厂平均价格同比下降。2020年1-12月建材及非金属矿出厂平均价格指数同比下降0.3%，其中12月价格指数114.19，环比上涨0.6%，同比下降1.8%。
三、建材行业营业收入实现增长。预计2020年1-12月规模以上建材企业营业收入5.1万亿元，同比增长1.2%；利润总额4500亿元，同比增长3.0%。
四、建材行业固定资产投资持续恢复。据国家统计局数据，2020年1-12月非金属矿采选业固定资产投资同比增长6.2%，从6月开始恢复增长；非金属矿制品业固定资产投资同比下降3.0%，从3月以来降幅持续收窄。
预计1-7月份，水泥行业营业收入5640亿元，同比增长10.1%，利润总额845亿元，同比下降11.1%。
