    Yu Jungui, chief representative of the Far East Beijing Office of Korea Corporation, was recently sentenced to 10 years in prison by the Second Intermediate Court of Beijing for smuggling ordinary goods and evading taxes of more than 5.6 million yuan in the business of importing concrete mixers.     From February 1996 to March 1998, in the course of importing Korean-made concrete mixers for Beijing Zhuyuan Trade Co., Ltd., Yu Jungui evaded taxes. By means of purchasing tax-free indicators from Yanbian Sanlong Mechanized Engineering Co., Ltd., Nanao Cross-Sea Bridge Construction Co., Ltd., Shanxi Xinghua International Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanxi Zhenhong Machinery Construction Co., Ltd. and other specific tax-free enterprises, the company evaded customs supervision and imported Korean products from Dalian Customs, Tianjin Customs and Huangpu Customs. Tax evasion totaled more than 5.6 million yuan.
