On September 14, the foundation of Chifeng New Building Materials Industrial Park in Inner Mongolia and the project of Shanshui yuanhang Cement (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Shanshui Cement Group) withdrawing from the city into the park started construction in Haraqin Banner, which filled the gap of Lincang's new building materials industry.
City leaders Sheng Xiaoyou, Meng and Bartel attended the opening ceremony. Chifeng New Building Materials Industrial Park is planned to cover an area of 10000 mu, with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan . It is one of the three key industrial parks built during the 14th Five-Year Plan period in Haraqin Banner. The park relies on the abundant limestone resources in Haraqin Banner. Take the opportunity of Shanshui yuanhang cement retreating from the city into the park to vigorously develop the new building materials industry. With a total investment of 1.4 billion yuan, Chifeng Shanshui yuanhang Cement Co., Ltd. will build a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons, a cement grinding station with an annual output of 2 million tons, a slag grinding system with an annual output of 600000 tons, and a domestic waste and municipal sludge co-disposal system with a daily treatment capacity of 500 tons. The project carries out system integration innovation from the aspects of optimization design, independent innovation, equipment upgrading, low-carbon technology development, energy saving and emission reduction, and comprehensively improves the green industrial functions of the new dry process cement production line, such as product manufacturing, co-disposal of waste, comprehensive utilization of resources and reduction of nitrogen oxide emissions.
