Announcement on the results of special verification of energy consumption of ladder electricity price for electrolytic aluminium, cement and iron and steel enterprises.

In order to implement the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Implementing the Ladder Tariff Policy for Electricity Consumption in Electrolytic Aluminum Enterprises (FGJG [2013] No.2530), the Notice on Implementing the Ladder Tariff Policy for Electricity Consumption in Cement Enterprises (FGJG [2016] No.75), The Notice on Promoting the Supply-side Structural Reform of the Iron and Steel Industry by Price Means (Development and Reform Price [2016] 2803) was issued in accordance with the requirements of the Notice on the Key Work Plan for Industrial Energy Conservation Supervision in 2020 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region entrusted the Energy Conservation Supervision Center of the Autonomous Region to organize the special verification of energy consumption of electrolytic aluminium, cement and iron and steel enterprises in the whole region, and the results of the verification are now announced.

The statistical data of cement output in all parts of the country from January to March 2026 show that the cumulative output of cement in the country has a certain scale. From the year-on-year data, the situation varies from place to place. The output in most regions showed a trend of year-on-year decline, among which the decline in Liaoning, Shaanxi, Fujian and other places was more obvious, for example, the year-on-year decline in Liaoning was larger; while the output in Beijing, Guizhou, Hunan and other places increased year-on-year, and the year-on-year increase in Beijing was relatively prominent. The smaller year-on-year change in production was in Zhejiang, which decreased by only 0.03%. The overall output of the whole country decreased by 7.10% year on year.
