According to the Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region, According to the requirements of the Notice of the Finance Department of the Autonomous Region on Organizing and Declaring the Demonstration List of Green Manufacturing System Construction in 2021 (the first batch) (Nei Gong Yi Jie Zong Zi [2021] No.89) and the Implementation Plan of Green Manufacturing System Construction in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the Department organized the recommendation of the list of green manufacturing demonstration in 2021 (the first batch). Through the self-evaluation of the declaring units, the evaluation of the third-party organizations, the preliminary examination and recommendation of the League cities, the review of the expert group organized by the autonomous region, and the online publicity, the demonstration list of green manufacturing at the autonomous region level in 2021 (the first batch) was finally determined, including 23 green factories and 3 green design products. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Enterprises involved in green factories and green design products listed in the 2021 (first batch) green manufacturing demonstration list should further strengthen the establishment and promotion of demonstration, and formulate a three-year promotion plan and an annual implementation plan. Specifically, it includes the promotion objectives, task progress, key work to be carried out, major projects to be implemented, safeguard measures and demonstration publicity and promotion plans. Through three years of creation activities, we will fully accomplish the task of upgrading the objectives.

2. According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Construction of Green Manufacturing System (No.586 of the Office of Industry and Information Technology), from the date of issuance of this Notice, green manufacturing units (I. The self-declaration of green manufacturing level indicators shall be made on the public service platform of green manufacturing before August 15, 2021, and the self-declaration (update) of green manufacturing level indicators of the previous year and half a year shall be made before January 15 and July 15 of each year in the future, respectively, to show the advanced experience and typical practices of green manufacturing. The Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region will conduct spot checks on the self-declaration information of green manufacturing demonstration units from time to time. For those who do not meet the requirements of green manufacturing demonstration, especially those with fraud, major safety accidents and environmental pollution problems, the title of green demonstration will be cancelled, and the demonstration units and their third-party evaluation agencies will be notified.

3. All leagues and municipalities should attach great importance to the construction of green manufacturing system, speed up the formulation and promulgation of relevant supporting policies to support green manufacturing demonstration, strengthen the connection with relevant industrial policies, actively support advanced green models, give full play to the leading role of demonstration, promote the green transformation and upgrading of industrial zones in various regions, and strive to build green manufacturing. At the same time, we should strengthen the guidance, supervision and management of relevant units and third-party evaluation agencies in the green manufacturing demonstration list, and timely report relevant information to units that do not meet the requirements of green manufacturing evaluation.
