河南伊川县人民政府公示了一条日产500吨特种水泥熟料产能置换关闭出让情况。
2021年5月6日，河南洛阳市金顺水泥有限公司向伊川县科技和工业信息化局报送了关于日产500吨水泥熟料产能置换工作的正式请示文件。根据《国务院关于化解产能严重过剩矛盾的指导意见》（国发〔2013〕41号）、《工业和信息化部关于印发钢铁水泥玻璃行业产能置换实施办法的通知》（工信部原〔2017〕337号）等有关文件规定，现将洛阳市金顺水泥有限公司与梅州皇马水泥有限公司拟进行日产500吨特种水泥熟料产能置换关闭出让的确认产能有关情况进行公示，欢迎社会公众进行监督。
公示时间为2021年5月10日至2021年5月14日。
