Recently, Yulin Natural Resources Bureau and Yulin Agricultural and Rural Bureau reported 15 typical cases of land violations (hereinafter referred to as "notification"), including the case of illegal land occupation and construction of industrial explosive storage warehouse by Xingye Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. According to
the circular, in June 2023, Xingye Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. occupied the collective land of Sixin Village, Kuiyang Town, Xingye County, Yulin City without approval to build an industrial explosive warehouse for limestone mining, involving an area of 5.39 mu (including 2.62 mu of arable land and 2.33 mu of basic farmland). In March 2024, the law enforcement officers of Kuiyang Town People's Government of Xingye County inspected and found the illegal act, and issued a Notice of Order to Correct the Illegal Act to the company, ordering it to demolish the illegal building within a time limit. On March 26, 2024, Xingye Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. demolished the industrial explosive warehouse by itself, and the land has been reclaimed.
It is understood that Xingye Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. was established on September 23, 2013, registered in Kuizhong Sheling, Kuiyang Town, Xingye County, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan and three foreign investment companies. The company is 80% owned by Chongzuo Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. and 20% owned by Nanning Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd.
