按照国家发展改革委等7部委制定的《能效“领跑者”制度实施方案》（发改环资〔2014〕3001号）和《青海省工业企业能效“领跑者”制度实施方案》（青经信节〔2015〕321号）要求，青海经信委组织开展了2016年电解铝、水泥行业能效“领跑者”遴选工作，委托省节能监察总队对电解铝、水泥企业生产用电进行现场核定，根据核定结果，现将拟入选2016年电解铝、水泥行业能效“领跑者”入围企业名单进行公示，请社会各界监督。
