The Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on March 12, The 300 MW centralized photovoltaic power generation project in the northeast area of Maba Town, Xuyi County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province issued a tender plan, and the tenderer is Xuyi Huiju Investment and Development Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the project is located near Maba Town, Xuyi County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, with a total planned area of about 4.54653 million square meters.
This project plans to use 14 , 15 # and 16 # plots to build a large-scale centralized photovoltaic power station , and to build a new 220kV booster station. The total investment of the project is about 1.080 billion yuan, and the total installed capacity of the planned DC side is 371.2608 MW , which is planned to be divided into three bid sections .
The estimated installed capacity of the first bid section is 132.2352MW , including one 220kV booster station, and the estimated contract amount is RMB 8,300 45345. The PV plant area is planned to be constructed by using some pits and ponds in Jiuli Village, Zhulou Village, Wolong Village and other villages in the # 16 area; the booster station is planned to be constructed in the south of Changtang Reservoir. The estimated installed capacity of the
second bid section is 120.2688 MWp, and the estimated contract amount is 0.07 million yuan 27890. The photovoltaic plant area is planned to be constructed by using some pits and ponds in Huangyang Village and Shiqiao Village in # 16 area and Yunshan Village and Xinglong Village in # 14 area. The estimated installed capacity of the
third bid section is 118.7568 MWp , and the estimated contract amount is 0.44 million yuan 27539. The PV plant area is planned to be constructed by using some pits and ponds in Hengxi Village and Guanyin Temple in # 15 area and Yunshan Village and Xinglong Village in # 14 area. The tender announcement of
the project is expected to be issued on April 12 , 2026.
