The announcement shows that the tenderer of the project is Ruili Development and Reform Bureau of Yunnan Province. The project intends to select an implementation subject with relevant experience in investment, construction and operation management to participate in the investment, construction and operation management of four photovoltaic power generation projects in Nongxian, Ruili City. This project is funded by the preferred investor. The upper limit of the development and operation period of photovoltaic resources of the project is 25 years , and the state government will recover the right of resource development and reorganize the utilization and development of resources in accordance with relevant regulations. In terms of
construction schedule , the project is required to start within two months after the completion of the filing, to meet the production conditions within eight months after the start of the project, and to meet the full-capacity grid-connected conditions within one year from the start of the project.
