On September 10, China Nengjian issued a tender announcement for the centralized procurement project of photovoltaic modules in 2025 .
The tender announcement shows that the total scale of the tender is estimated to be 17 GW , which is divided into eight bidding packages. Covers 182mm TOPCon components, 210mm TOPCon components, HJT components, BC components.
With regard to this tender, the bidder shall not only have good reputation and relevant qualifications, The performance requirements are as follows:
Bid Package 1 , 5 : The sales performance of 182mm TOPCon PV modules (including rectangular modules) in the recent three years (from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for submission of bids) shall not be less than 2000MW (among which, there are at least four or more 100MW and above 182mm modules in Package 5 # Sales performance of TOPCon PV modules);
Bid package 2 , 6 : the sales performance of 210mm TOPCon PV modules in recent three years (from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for submission of bids) shall not be less than 1,000MW (among which, there shall be at least 2 or more 210mm TOPCon PV modules of 100MW or above in Package 6 #);
Package 3 # and 7 : the sales performance of HJT PV modules in recent three years (from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding) is not less than 100MW ;
Package 4 # and 8 : the sales performance of various types of modules in recent three years (from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding) is not less than 1000 MW . Consortium and agent bidding are not accepted
in this tender . The deadline for bid
opening/submission is 3:00 p.m. on October 9, 2025.
