25 August, China Anneng Electronic Procurement Platform issued the announcement of the change of the photovoltaic module procurement project of Lingwu 2 million kilowatt composite photovoltaic base project of China Anneng No.1 Bureau. It said that the original announcement was invalid .
The current tender announcement shows that the tender capacity has been corrected from 2GW to 200 MW. The model of PV modules is changed from double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon N-type high-efficiency PV modules with waterproof connectors and jumpers of 585Wp and above to double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon N-type high-efficiency PV modules with waterproof connectors of 715 Wp and above . Jumper includes plug-in.
The original announcement showed that the tax-inclusive bidding control price of the project was 132 million yuan, the tax rate was 13%, and the tax-inclusive control unit price was 0.66 yuan/ W. If the bidding unit price exceeded the tax-inclusive control unit price, the bidding would be rejected. After this change, there is no bidding control price for the procurement project.
The delivery time shall be in batches, and each batch shall be delivered to the designated working face within 20 days after the delivery of Party A's supply demand. The delivery period shall be subject to the construction period of Party A.
With regard to this tender, in addition to the good reputation and relevant qualifications of the bidder, the cumulative sales performance of similar products of the bidder from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of signing the procurement contract) shall not be less than 10 million yuan (the cumulative sales performance shall be subject to the procurement contract or the notice of award). The deadline for bid
opening/submission is 9:00 on September 10, 2025 (Beijing time) .

Com has learned that the EPC project (Section 10) of Guoneng Lingshao DC supporting 2 million kilowatt composite photovoltaic base project, which was constructed by China Anneng First Bureau, started in August. The project is located in Majiatan Town and Baitugang Township, Lingwu City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with a total DC side capacity of 200MWp and an AC side capacity of no less than 166.67 MW .
