On August 29, the Hebei Development and Reform Commission issued the announcement of the second batch of projects to be arranged in the annual development and construction plan of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in Hebei Province in 2025. A total of 81 projects
will be announced, with a construction scale of 7.48607 million kilowatts (about 7.49 GW). Among them, there are 42 photovoltaic projects (including one wind, solar and storage integration project), with a construction scale of 3.12907 million kilowatts (about 3.13 GW).
From the perspective of project construction units, the main body of project units involves 12 central state-owned enterprises and 9 private enterprises . Among them, 9 private enterprises include two leading photovoltaic enterprises, Xiexin Group and TBEA. The details are as follows:
among the 12 central state-owned enterprises involved, Huadian Group has the largest number of projects, with a total of 13 projects, with a construction scale of 418,000 kilowatts; Datang Group has 4 projects, with a construction scale of 710,000 kilowatts; China Energy Group and South-to-North Water Diversion Group have 3 projects, with a construction scale of 210,130 kilowatts and 112,000 kilowatts respectively.
