On August 29, the tender announcement for the general contracting project of the State Power Investment Daqing Dumeng Duishan Phase II 200 MW Grass Complementary Project was issued, and the tenderer was Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd. of the State Power Investment Group. The
bidding content shows that the project is located in Duerbote Mongolian Autonomous County, Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, with a construction scale of 200MW , 220kV booster station and outgoing line shared with the first phase of 100MW project. In this phase, main transformer, SVG, expansion of incoming line interval and other related facilities are added. The booster station is connected to the outline substation with one circuit of 220 kV outgoing line (completed).
This tender is divided into three bid sections, the first bid section is "General Contracting Project of State Power Investment Daqing Dumont Duishan Phase II 200 MW Grass Complementary Project" . Among them , photovoltaic modules and inverters are supplied by Party A.
The project is planned to start on September 25, 2025, with a construction period of 90 calendar days.
With regard to the qualification of the bidder of this bid section, in addition to meeting the relevant requirements such as good reputation and relevant qualifications, the bidder's performance needs to be within the past five years (calculated from the deadline for bidding. Subject to the time of completion acceptance) The bidder shall have at least 2 project performances of 200 MW and above photovoltaic installed capacity . Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this bid section . The deadline for bid
opening/bidding is 16:00 (Beijing time) on September 22, 2025.
