The 200 MW PV module procurement project of PowerChina was postponed
on August 18. China Power Construction Hubei Engineering Co., Ltd. Guoneng Lingshao DC supporting Lingwu 2 million kilowatt composite photovoltaic base eight bid section 200MWp photovoltaic module procurement project change announcement.
The announcement shows that the deadline for response and the opening time of the project (I. E. the deadline for bidding/the time for opening bids) have been changed from 9 : A two-day extension.
Previously, as of June 16, 2025, the successful candidates for 12 bidding sections of the EPC project of Guoneng Lingshao DC supporting Lingwu 2 million kilowatt composite photovoltaic base project have been finalized. The eighth bidding section was tendered by Hubei Electric Power Planning and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. , a subsidiary of China Electric Power Construction Group, at a bidding price of 27. RMB 9.54 million won the bid at a unit price of RMB 1.398/W .
Yushe Photovoltaic Project Photovoltaic Module Procurement Project was terminated
on August 18, and Yushe Photovoltaic Project Photovoltaic Module Procurement Bidding Termination Announcement was issued. The announcement showed that the bidding plan of the project had changed , so the bidding information was cancelled.
Earlier, on July 30, the project issued a tender announcement. The announcement shows that the tender is for the purchase of photovoltaic modules for investment or construction projects of enterprises affiliated to Gemeng Yushe New Energy Co., Ltd. with an estimated tender capacity of 27 MW. The project is located in Yushe County, Jinzhong, Shanxi Province. According to
the data, Gemeng Yushe New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in 2022 and is a wholly state-owned enterprise, whose business covers solar power generation technology services, wind power generation technology services and so on. The company is indirectly owned by Shanxi SASAC and Shanxi Finance Department.
