some netizens inquired about the online approval and supervision platform for investment projects in Henan Province, they found that in many photovoltaic installation projects in Caopo Village, the names of many installed villagers coincided with Baidu's online name database. "Lin Guorui, Jiang Yiyun, Lin Yanan and Lin Wenshu" in the "Busiest Five" also appeared again.
According to the webpage information, the approval time of photovoltaic installation projects filed with the above names is November 2024, and the approval results are all "completed (passed)".
In response to the above situation, the "Yunshang Wugang" client in Pingdingshan, Henan Province, reported on December 11 that the office of the Wugang Municipal People's Government issued a briefing.
According to the content of the circular, the enterprise using the above name for the record is Wugang Peihui Solar Power Co., Ltd . On November 20, 2024, the company filed a household roof photovoltaic project on the online approval and supervision platform of Henan Province, which involved 10 villagers with false information. The company's project has not been actually implemented after filing.
