On December 5, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Putian City, Fujian Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of the environmental impact report of the "Lingchuan 70 MW Fishing-photovoltaic Complementary Power Station Project in the Energy-saving Solar Energy City".

According to the announcement, the 70 MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power station project in Lingchuan, an energy-saving solar city, is a new project with a total investment of 36893 63000 yuan . Located in Dongjin Village and Xiawei Village, Lingchuan Town, Chengxiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province, the construction unit is CECEP (Fujian) Solar Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
The project plans to use the space above the aquaculture ponds in the land and sea area of about 1600 mu to install a centralized photovoltaic power generation project with a total AC side capacity of 70 MW and a total DC side capacity of 94.MW 51442. A total of 132,188 PV modules are installed, all of which are 715 Wp monocrystalline high-efficiency N-type modules, and fixed brackets are selected.
The project is expected to start construction in December 2025, with a construction period of 12 months.
